    Sometimes they burrow in the sand or hide under rocks after they eat a lot. It is normal behavior for them.

    They do like to hide. I think they're nocturnal critters, or at least thats when I see them most active at my work. They're very cryptic and love to hole up in a rock holes, I haven't heard about them hiding in sand though.

    Ok, my BSH is out all the time now cruising around, he started this Satrurday. You guys never told me about the farting of sand. My wife awemose had a heart attack. They are ugly SOB!
