guppy tank build

I'm only getting males so I don’t start with 10 guppies, and then in a few months have 100 guppies. If I get any babies, I will sell the for $50 ea.;D

what type of plants are you thinking about getting? I have never had much luck with FW plants but I know some of them are harder to keep then others.
Make sure you add the guppies slowly, as the tank will need to cycle. Looks good...good luck! I love guppies

 

I do want an Amazon sword, and a java fern, other plants too, but I don’t know yet.
I’ll only add 1 guppy at a time. I’ve never cycled a freshwater tank, we cleaned our 55 gal (changed all the water, cleaned the gravel, rocks, and décor) then added all our fish at once, and we didn’t have any problems.

 

java ferns have been really easy to keep in my cichlid tank. amazon swords they tore up, i realize this wont be a problem for you

I can’t take pics of them (they wont be still)
#1 is a "Red Fire Guppy"
#2 is a "Orange Sunshine Guppy"

 

I went to a lfs today. This is the list of what I got.
1 male guppy
18-19 ghost shrimp
And 1 java fern
