so i was thinking of the best way to grow out some zoas to be able to prop them the easiest. what i did was glued some live sand to a small sheet of plexi glass and im going to start the colony on that. so when i want to frag off some i just take a flat blade and cut it off of the plexi and between polyps. sound good?

    Welcome to 3Reef!!!

As long as the sand will break away from the plexi easily, this would be nice because you already have the sand on the bottom of the zoanthids to glue to another rock, piece of rubble, etc.
