    lionfish are actually pretty tasty to be honest. i havent had them first hand, but have read that it is great. maybe we should eat them.

    When diving in Puerto Rico last summer, I was told by the dive master that he has seen several lionfish eaten by groupers. we didn't see any lionfish that day, but we were told to let the DM know about any lionfish sightings ASAP. He was carrying a spear just for such occasion.
