Tank and lights look great! A little off topic, which Miller are you using (I guess that's the fitter coming out in me lol)?

Great job. I;ll be starting a similar build for my 92 corner. I was going to go for 3/16 bottom plate and then thermal glue the 1/8 fins on. Does the heat dissapate well without full welds?

Very cool build. The diy'er in me wants to know exactly how you mounted the leds to the al. AlsoI do you have a price breakdown? I know it would be in loonies, but we can convert to $$.

Seeing PAR readings of even cheap led fixtures I know the rig you built will easily post nice par readings.

Damn I was hoping there was a cool prize :cheesy:

    272 - 3w LED = 816w @ 100% intensity

MillerMatic 252 with a 30A SpoolMatic & a Miller Dynasty 200 for the TIG welds.

Yep what he said vvvv :cheesy:
LED are attached with a 2 part Apoxy called Artic Silver. Loonie wise & this is only a guess because I am working with the owner of Modular LED on a few things & we do some wheelin & dealing BUT with that said around 2200 loonies give are take for all the components and about 40 loonies per heat sink for the aluminum. As a welding company owner I get contractor price on the aluminum.8) You could take my part break down & visit Modular LED to figure it out

.........hope I don't get spanked for dropping that name in last sentence.........
