I have started to fill my 90 gal (green water) and 40 gal breeder (clear water). I am using used sand that has been rinsed.......... I am almost done filling the main tank (waiting for another hose adaptor, my plastic broke on my ro di unit) But the water is green in the 90. What can I do about it? It's more than likely from the sand I'm assuming........ is there a way to fix it without replacing the sand?

    Thanks

I'm waiting on another hose adaptor after mine broke yesterday. I only have it this full and the sump partially full (see pic) I did but filter socks which I will try once I actually get tank full and up a running. :)

Looks much better. Probably just sediment from the move.
