Resolved green Monti Cap?

they have another one similar size, If i knew its a chalice I would grab it! I'm driving to my LFS tomorrow to see if its still there

looks like hollywood stunner to me that has lost little bit of color

 

+1 on the chalice, or to be more specific Echinopora gemmacea. I too took advantage of a mislabeled "Monti" that turned out to be a chalice type coral from a LFS. It's tough not doing your happy dance while you're checking out. :biggrinbo

i went back and another piece was still there, about 3"x5". I double checked the price and grab it.



I frag it to 12 frags size 1''-1.5''. My tank looks little bit ridiculous now, I hope edges is going to heal soon so I can take these frags to the swap

This site has a few common chalices if you ever need to look up another chalice also.

 

Base on all frags and colony turned purple it's look very like Hollywood Stunner now.
