Green Hair Algae control

In removing the algae by hand you left holdfasts in the rock and you dispersed more fragments around the tank, but for a few weeks its going to appear as if it worked. Do you have pics before you removed it, that gives us an idea of the the type and scope of the mass you were working with

 

I wish I had some before and after pics of my green hair algae problem and it was all over, no trace if it now anywhere, I added large 4 turbo snails and watched them mow the stuff right down to nothing, you do got turbos I am sure, right!
