Today my green Furry Mushroom (Actinodiscus sp) slid right off the rock that it was attached to. The strange thing is it looks as though it has ripped it's self into a ribbon instead of a circular shap of most mushrooms. any Idea what could of happened??

Here it is after it landed in the sand bed

How new is the mushroom? Move it recently? Did you do something for water quality or lighting quality, ie. change bulbs or add carbon?

About two weeks ago I moved it from my 10G to my 75G so alot has changed for the little guy.
I have all but removed the sand from my 10G, I amaging the water Quality and lighting is 100% better than the 10G in my 75G. That must be it. I'll find a shadier spot for him

    Thanks
