great service and livestock

John is great. He answered every question for me quickly. Ordered a bunch of snails, all made it alive even after staying in the box for 5 days. Would not hesitate to order from again, if you need a cuc he is the man to go to and you cannot beat the prices. Even threw in some extras.

I just got the first 1/3rd of my cuc on tuesday and couldn't be happier!
All the snails survived shipping and have been tearing up my sandbed non stop since being introduced, and with the addition of the penny macro and the free bonus my refugium looks more like a garden than a refugium :grinthumbs:

PS. true to John's reputation around here there were lots of extras in my order ;D

 

I will give two thumbs up to John as well. I had extra in my order too. No other store could come close to Reef Cleaners as far as I'm concerned.
