Goodbye cigarettes!!!!!!

Well, maybe we can have a relative start time, as long as everyone has quit cigarettes within a couple days of each other. The winner can be the person who stays off without a relapse for 6
months or a year, something like that.
Its not like many people are in on this so far, so if there was a tie I wouldn't mind, its for a good cause. ;]

 

Just for the record I smoked about 1 to 1 and 1/2 packs a day. Have not had one since last night when I went to bed. So far not so bad but the candy does help.

 

Oh and reef goddess we have not formally met. Just want to say welcome and I am going to check out your welcome thread now. Glad you are here. And what a nice thing you are doing.

 

First I need to see who all is in this. So would the official participants please stand up? Also state how many days you all have been off the cigs.

Next I need for you all to agree to agree on a good competition time. 3mo, 6mo, year?

Shall you all check in a few times per week to see how its going?

So do this and I will take a nice picture of what you all are working toward. ;]

I am a willing participant and if I fail what do I need to chip in? But just so you know that won't happen. LOL But just in case. How about let mission decide how long since he started the thread.
