ya and think of all the money your saving by not buying a pack of cigarettes a day. cheap pack of cigarettes 3$ i think. if your someone that smokes a pack a day thats 1080$ that you spend a year. now that youve stopped you can put 1080 into important things like fish tank stuff =]

2 yrs and done with them for good don't even think of having one now.

 

I quit cold turkey about 2-4 months ago. Best thing I have ever done. But, now I have moved on to dip!

Yup got to stop the nicotine completely. Nicotine clogs your arteries among other things. So getting it anyway is bad for you.

 

ya they put fiber glass which puts the stuff in your blood stream quicker but also speeds up the process of getting cancer in your mouth just DONT DO IT

 

Plus mouth cancer where you can lose half your jaw!!

 

Talk about a killer accent ;D My dad is like a walking chimney, 2 packs a day for at least 20 years. He has been quitting for at least 10 years but hasnt yet.
