    I was smokin about 2 packs a day in Iraq. But I haven't smoked a cigarette in 2 1/2 months. I am using an electronic cigarette. :)

    been there myself and congrats to you and luna. i'm sure your life is better for it. the best thing for me is i haven't woke up hackin and gaggin in years. also glad i quit b4 my kids arrived. again happy for everyone that can kick this habit. by the way cold turkeyed it myself.
