Goodbye cigarettes!!!!!!

Thanks buddy. This will be my 3rd or 4th time that I quit. Just like double2mk said, the hardest part is going out and drinking, once I taste that first sip, I want a cig in my other hand. Even thou I was only smoking like 3-4 cig's a day, I think its time to quit. Luna

BTW, -4 packs a day.......wow he must have looked like a walking chimney

 

Good luck to you brother. Now its my turn. I tried the patch before and quit for a while but man I had some crazy dreams. I have a little girl now and that is even more reason for me to quit. Rock on man and stay with it. I need to put them down my self. Good Luck

Its been about 1 1/2years for me

I did it with Chantex but I Still get the urge to light up now and then.

BTW,
4 packs a day, yup, it is about all day long. In fact, I smoked in my sleep. I have burn mark on me from when I woke up in the middle of the night and fell asleep smoking and it fell on me. You should see my night stand ....

Bottom line is, if I can do it , anyone can. I did the patch, hipnotyst, blah blah blah. Not until I drank and drank and drank, that I finally quit the habbit. Of couse if you dont drink and thats not the issue, well you need to find a way out. Some kind of hobby will work.. Ummm, like reef keeping....
