    looks like the begining of cynoa algae/ bacteria..


    If not to hard to do remove rock scrub off and return rock.. then up the flow in that area w/ power head..


    Keep in mind just a quick guess...

    +1 cyano remove'em manually and increase your water \\ flow and quality
