Go get a dog from the humane society, and please welcome my new boy Brutus;)

Just an update, Brutus is awesome, but he is still puppy, he was just too starved, sick and weak to show it, 10 pounds later and about 50 pounds of dog food and he's now a puppy again. Still an awesome dog, just have to teach him he's now a 70# puppy and not a lap dog

 

awww, that is awesome!!!! He is so lucky you found him. I remember at one time you posted on a great dane that was rescued. How is he doing do you know

Dogs love a good couch as much as their people.

 

He's doing awesome. The lady that rescued him is the dog warden so he's in good hands. she just couldn't give him up. He went from 50#s to about 140 now, and his vet bills are nearing $4000, but he's made close to 100% recovery and is a great dog.

yeah, he's awesome, he's the mascot for a local elentary school and just eats up all the attention, def a cool dog, wish I got him, but glad I didn't have that $4k vet bill, YIKES, no heat this winter.

you laugh, but if he could speak, thats exactly what he would say

 

We just rescued a kitten that was meowing outside of my parents's car lot. We know that his mom was wild and she lived in the back of the lot, but she gave birth and then dissapeared

Needless to say, we are now taking care of the kitten I need to come up with a name for him.
