getting some frags

    so im thinking about getting some frags. now when i get them do i cut them at the bottom and glue them where i want them or what?

    If they come on plugs, you can just place the plug where you want it. Now if you dont like the look of the plug, how you would remove it would depend on what type of coral it is. And If you do want to remove it from the plug, I would recommend waiting a few weeks until it fully acclimates to your system so you dont add the additional stress of cutting it along with the new water quality and lighting. I personally prefer frags that are on rock rubble rather than plugs, and I refuse to by frags on plugs unless Its a rare coral and I cant find one on a piece of rock.

    im going after zoanthids atm.

    It can be very hard to remove the zoanthids, so I would suggest glueing the plug to the rocks.
