I got some other minced garlic but in the ingredients it says garlic, water, phosphoric acid?? what should i be looking for? the other stuff had no ingredient label just said pure minced garlic. can i use this stuff for soaking food ? everything looked fine to me till i got to the acid part..

Umm all I know is it is bad for your teeth, too much should degrade them, but it should be fine, you should add some HUFA maybe:confused:

the stuff i have been using for a few weeks says "citric acid" i think or something like that, as a preservative. i did a little research and read that i just needed to watch for a pH drop. i tested a couple times but didnt see any change but my alk is steady at 12dkh so not sure if i would have noticed anyways.
