Sounds like we need to takt to the streets, this is absurd. Cheech needs to stand up for his fellow man, he's got some pull now.

 

I must admit I haven't really followed this closely, not sure why Ashcroft made him the fall guy. Does Ashcroft only have one testicle like Hitler?

the fair is goin on right now been down there about every day gotta go eat fair food mmmmmmmm

anyway there are native indians that have stands down there and they used to sell different pipes now they are trying to crack down on them selling.  there argument is the pipes are used for drug use but on the indians side its part of there heritage and culture so thats the fight right now well see how it turns out

 

i don't underatand this at all. there are NUMEROUS stores in my town that sell 'waterpipes' aka 'huge bongs' and pipes, your basic head-shop, even one directly across the street from Fresno State Univ. These places are apparently legal and operating today, i realize they found a lot of weed at his place, but why is he singled out?
