I have a Toadstool Leather, Green Star and Pulsing Xenia and I would like to try to stick them to my live rock and maybe try to frag them. So I bought this Aqua Stik Epoxy Putty (by two little fishes) and I was wondering if it is safe to do so.. anybody has any experience with this product?

    Thank You

super glue the frags to a piece of rubble

then use the epoxy to stick the rubble rock to your live rock

it makes your skimmer go crazy though

the best glue i've come across is Loctite control GEL. get the GEL. most other Cyanoacrylate glues tend to be a little runny. i use two little fishies CorAffix if i'm fragging and gluing to plugs were i can work in a dish at a table, but if i'm gluing in y tank and i want it to stay stuck fast, i use the Loctite gel

oh, and yeah, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, heck even Hobby Lobby has this stuff. read the back and make sure it is a cyanoacrylate. those are reef safe IME

Well I was thinking of glueing my reef to my live rock INSIDE my tank.. rather than taking them out of the tank.. maybe pull them up a little out side of the tank... but you saying Loctite Gel is reef safe? and also to my fish? I am afraid of throwing glue inside my tank :)

just take it out to do it then set the frag in a dish of water
after a couple of minutes put the frags back into your tank
