    Nope as far as I know, there is no particular time to frag a coral except if it's a new coral. You should let a new coral settle in for about 2 weeks or more in the new tank before fragging. Lighting shouldn't matter either.
    Yep you could put a newly fragged piece back into DT but you should be running carbon when fragging softies.
