Lol grandpa.. Thats great. The tank looks great so far! I was actually reading an article about kids that grow up with tanks scored 200 pts higher on their SATs than kids that didnt.. Not sure where they got the numbers from.. But I definitely agree tanks great for young kids. I have to watch finding nemo everytime my 5 yr old cousin is here lol (once a week). Your daughters adorable. I'll be following along!

Well this tank is officially tore down.

Don't start crying yet, I'm trading for a 14g biocube :) Hopefully the cube will cut down the evaporation a bit so I don't have to top off 2ce a day. Also the filter on the 10g was so loud when the water got low it would wake her up lol
My daughter is excited since the biocube has a stand and she will be able to look right in without me picking her up.
    I'll post pics soon.

For sure. I loved the 10g. The biocube is going to be better for my daughter though. Plus a extra 4 gallons is always a plus haha

    the biocube got sold also.
im thinking winter i might set her up another nano, we are just to busy during the summer with bike rides and playing outside that i didnt want to neglect a small tank. plus my tank takes up enough time as is right now.

so i got her a 2 gallon cylinder tank with a pretty cool looking Betta.(not in the pic)

Not one everyone wants to see, but she is happy with it for the time being.
She still goes with me to the LFS everytime i go and continues to learn about the hobby.

I like bettas. I had one that just recently died for no reason so I took the betta tank down. But they have good personality and mine would eat from your hand
