    it have 2 overflow box how do i get around it by using one pump?

    are they internal or external overflows and what size holes do they have. or better yet how big of a bulkhead fitting can you put in.

    they are internal with i guess is the standard size bulkhead, 1 up 1 down on each side

    so were both on the same page. each overflow should have two holes. one bigger than the other. if its a stock glass tank then its should be a 1" bulkhead fitting. could you measure the diameter of the bigger hole?

    more than likely its for a 1' standard bulkhead. each overflow should be good for 500-600 gph. so a 4-mdqx-sc or pcx-40 will work. again personal preference.

    the returns goto the sump. the output from the pump could be split many many ways. hard pvc with a T will minimize flow, theres a formula. a 1 1/2" Y down sized to a 1", would allow more flow. or soft hose with T's. or soft pvc with any of the above. how good are you at plumbing.

    i will have the lfs come over and help me set up, he is a friend of mine with around a few yrs of experience for me i am not good at plumbing

    gen x return only 3/4" how do u get it up to 1 1/2?
