    I just read the whole thread- that is amazing. Did you come up with this idea, or have you seen it done elsewhere? Either way, it's a great concept. Now where's the coral photography??;)

    Wow! That looks amazing.

    BTW, could this process also work for making artificial LR? I may be switching my 40 to an 80 soon and I definitely want to do this instead of spending big on LR.

    When I first heard about this idea, I thought that it wouldn't look natural, or not look natural until the corals grew in, but I was totally wrong. Even without anything in it, the tank looks amazing. I love how you hid the overflow too, that was a really good idea. This is truly an impressive project. Great Job!

    I think my favorite part of this concept is the fact that you can hide everything! I HATE POWERHEADS!!!
