So I was wondering if somebody could help me out. It appears my f.a. may have a dislocated jaw. Basically there is a white boney thing pretuding from his mouth. I'm certain it's not a bacteria thing. But it's different from other dislocated jaws that I have seen. I did just add a pretty large emerald crab and a maxi mini carpet last night. I can't get a decent photo yet, but I will keep trying. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

is he still eating normally? could be the crab that he was being nosy with. I know my flame is very curious and keeps picking at new things in the tank, great fish. Hope it recovers

I just tried feeding and he seems curious but won't really eat. But I'm now certain it's dislocated. I had a freshwater fish that would always do it trying to eat monster size crickets. Lol. I just hope that this fish can reset it. What does yours eat? Maybe if I can find something he can't resist...

mine eats almost anything I throw at it....but new life spectrum it loves and Rods Food. Occasionally he nips and keeps fragging my Kenya tree. At first when I first got him, he didn't eat much and was just curious.
