Which light should i get for my Biocube 29? it needs to support sps.

    Alright I did some more research on the nova and it's a really nice fixture. I'll be able to seperately control actinics and whites(not possible on the fishneedit because of the way the bulbs are placed) its got build in fans and 6 bulbs SHOULD be enough for acros right?

    You can seperatly controll the bulbs on the fishneedit fixture. You just have to move the bulbs and wires around (super easy) and then flip on the switch and both of your actinics will go on, and thw other switch turned on your whites. Im not biased :D just givin you info

    yeah but the blues would be side by side and the whites would be side by side. i want my bulbs scattered

    Oh alright.... Cant argue with a picky person ;) lol jk man its your money, get what you want!

    Why do you want a purple bulb? Personally, i like it to look more white then blue.

    Really? Blue and purple make colors pop. with the formation above my tank will look pretty blue.

    If you get that nova get another purple in place of the white

    I had the same fixture I hated two whites it was way to much and my acros hated it as well.. Amy reasion your not doing a retro fit ? No canapy I assume ?
