    I would guess Stylophora sp.

    I have a frag very similar to that I've just been assuming as Bird of Paradise or Bird's Nest. I guess I won't know until it grows for another few months. Mine is also much smaller than yours.

    right haha gotcha. Should there be more PE than this, or will it increase over time? This is about what it looked like at the store. This is what it looks like now.

    There should be more, but not a lot more. At the store it could have just had too much/too little light, bad water parameters, low alk, high alk, low calc, high calc, high PO4... The list goes on... It looks IMO better in the 2nd pic than the 1st. So long as all your stuff is spot on it will get better over time, maybe 1-2 weeks.

    yeah the first picture was about 10 minutes after I put it in. It looks a lot more open now. Thanks guys!
