Just to add to what Guitarman said after your cycle you will want to do a water change.

thnx for the pic maroon. you will probably want to stack it a bit , make little caves and swim through areas and such. would give more definition to your tank. wil lyou ne adding more LR in the future? and nice conch shell there.

Thanks again. I have more live rocks.. I am just afraid to put more in there because it clouded up the water so badly. I feel bad for my little damsels. Is there a way I can get them to not cloud my tank before I put them in?

could try giving them a rinse and get some of the loose crap off. but should get them in so they will cycle with the tank.

    rinse with salt water.

and +1000 to what everyones saying here. Take it slow!

    1. Get the rest of that LR washed off and in your tank.
    2. Also Get your "Aquascaping" done so you can sit back and let all the gunk settle down over a couple days.
    3. You're done for now, don't do anything else to the tank...
    4. While you're waiting for the cycle to kick in and do its thing, get on here and other sources and pick out every new build/suggestion thread you can to read up on things and what the best practices are... There's not a set one way to do a Salt tank and even what some people consider to be "wrong" isn't always set in stone. That said, it's a good starting point.

Do you have a sand bed? If not, you don't necessarily need one but now would be the time to put it down if you decide to... It'll cloud up the tank horribly and probably take a few days to settle down but those damsels are damn near impossible to kill! Which is a good thing for any noobs to the hobby like myself a few years back :)
