    Thank you and no I got it from Reef-a-holic :) I need to add about another 1" of sand does anyone think this will be a issue?

    I cant see how adding sand would be an issue.
    One piece of advice would be to sand it a little at a time over a period of a few weeks... this reduces visible diatoms and minimizes any nitrogen influx from the new sand
