    My Torch is growing far faster than my Hammer. It definitely does much better in stronger flow than the Hammer. I don't do much for target feeding to either though. Maybe once or twice a month.

    It wouldn't. Barnacles are filter-feeding detritivores. In the wild, they fare best in murky water or in areas where the mud/sand gets stirred almost continuously.
