Drain into sump is load, along with a lot of micro bubbles. I can tune it down via ball valves but I like the amount of flow I get with everything wide open. I'm going o pick up some fresh GFO today and ill grab a 200micron sock and see if the helps.

I built a reverse durso. It was suggested to me by Todd. It works great and it quieted my overflow noise 100%.

 

Hmmm it looks like that goes in the drain to sump. After the sock, that area is fine. I think my issue is somewhere in the return... Maybe...

 

Do you see the bubbles in your sump?

 

I did until the sock, now not so much.... just in the display
