    What is the best cure for fin rot? All my levels are at 0...1.024...temp 78-80...my powder brown tang has got a case of fin rot...i have him in a QT with
    Instant Ocean Lifeguard Saltwater Fish Medication....is there anything better? He is eating very well nori with garlic? how long does it usually take for it to get better ill try to get some pics up soon

    How are the other parameters in the tank; importantly ammonia and nitrite. This and a pic will help determine whether it is fin rot or ammonia burns (which can lead to fin rot or a bacterial infection).

    How bad are the fishes fins? is it just on the edges or most of the fin?

    One other thing, how are you testing your salinity?
