    It is best to feed your reef and or fowlr for that matter roughly 2-3 times a day. Small feeding are more beneficial than large ones. If you take a moment and think about the oceans and reefs of our world, many fish, corals and inverts graze continuously in seach of foodstuff. So by replicating this as close to their natural habitat as you can will help to insure your livestock will be healthy and well nourished.
    That is why it is best to have live rock in your tank with pods and macroalgae etc. for your livestock to graze freely throughout the day.
