i feed my fish 3 times a day, i dont think one cube is to much, i think its not enough. i also think you should add some variety to the feedings. mysis alone is not a good diet.

Feeding 3 times a day is fine, but you want to feed very little... I have double the number of fish + and I feed one cube between my 30 and the 210 split between the morning and afternoon... I also think I may be overfeed ing with that schedule. I end up forgetting 3-4 meals a week due to my life getting in the way and fear of trashing my tank

I know a lot of people would disagree with me but information is hard to find sometimes and good info is worth bringing to peoples attention over and over again. *shrugs*

I know the thread is old, but it's still relevant.

I feed flake(cyclopeeze) or pellets (Reef Formula) in the morning then a half cube of Dr. G's mysis or Dr G's frozen herbivore in the afternoon. I throw in a nori sheet every other day.

I really like Dr G's frozen foods. It's the only one that doesn't seem to foul up my water.
