    Here is what we have:

    2 Clown Fish
2 (Male & Female) Square Pink Anthias
    1 Fire Shrimp
    2 Turbo Snails
    Bubble Tip Anemone
    Long Tentacle Anemone
    Pipe Organ Coral
    Trumpet Coral
    Palythoa
We are feeding them frozen Mysis and Phyto-plankton.
Is this enough for these guys?

I'd say your corals depend more on the Zooxanthella bacteria that lives within the coral. These take nutrients from your life and feed the coral with their "waste" Same goes for your anemone. Shrimp should probably be okay just scavenging and not sure about the fish. I feed mine flakes twice a week and mysis once a week. Sometimes I'll squirt some zoo and phytoplankton on my chalices and zoa colonies but I don't think it's even necessary.
