Extreme Diatom?

So my tank was cycled I added 2 clownfish and then I got a Diatomic bloom, well my refugium lights are on 24/7 and some crazy stuff is growing on the glass, its brown like diatom but kinda longer and stringy kinda like poop?? heres the best Iphone picture I could get. and I'm not sure why its so green?

 

well I've been doing a lot of research and I'm 95% positive its Dinoflagellates but most people have them on stable tanks, mine just got through cycle and now its just about done with its "mini" cycle first 2 fish. here is the thread i found http://www.3reef.com/forums/algae/dinoflagellates-74614.html and you can't see it on my picture but they even have the air bubbles on the tips. Also I have it all over the display tank, it mainly blows off with powerhead but some is really stuck there... what are your suggestions for getting rid of it?
