    I shouldve gotten this long time ago.. Believe it or not Alex talked me into it :)

    So easy to use, makes me wanna test!

    As a side note, looks like they changed a few things:
    - Waterproof direction is included
    - Box design, color (used to be white) and the tab to tight shut the lid!

    107ppm=5.99 dKH
    Apparently I need to adjust the Alk dosage amount... I need it to be somewhere around 7dKH.

    Great product! My only complaint is the reagent bottles don't last long. I test multiple times weekly though, and daily after water changes and additions.

    The new piece is really stunning Shin, it's an Acropora type I find attractive, those big corallite structures get me every time. :sweethear
    What vendor did you get the Alk hanna checker from?
    Alex is a good egg for the most part I guess. :p

    Exactly,

    I read the entire thread over the last week. Absolutely awesome tank!!!! I have a 90 gal tank that I'm thinking about starting in a couple months. All of the information and pictures you posted are very very helpful. I had a hard time following all of the acronyms but I think I figured out most of them. Your dedication and willingness to share not only the good but bad, will help me in the future. Again thanks for letting me into your tank.

    Thanks and congrats on reading through Coach, and welcome to my thread! :)

    It definitely has seen its ups and downs. Glad to hear that it might be helpful for your build. Let me know if you have any questions!

    I should take a FTS of my sump with a black background so you can see how it really makes my skimmer pop! I think you'll change your ways then Shin!

    Update with fish pics! (yes it means I've lost a good number of corals.. due to poor husbandry: Alk swing, bacterial bloom etc)

    Now I have some room for SPSs but I want to rid the (green) cyano patches. I have been dosing Zovit Coral Snow every other day, 3ml before I go to bed. Water clarity is insane. No GAC.

    That is an absolutely beautiful Anemone Shin. Glad to see the Blue Ice Stage was able to hold it's own. Zeovite is tricky stuff, I am not committed enough or anal enough to pull it off. I think you have to be part Chemist part Engineer. Do not get me wrong, I am one of those hobbyist that love the look of a zeovit tank.
