    My clown fish has a white spot near his rectum that has been there for several days now. At least, I'm assuming it's near his rectum. I've attached the best picture I could get of it, but you can't really see much more irl anyway: it's a white spot down there.

    Looks kinda like Lymphocysts.. If you ask me...

    Water Changes (Basically Water Quality), a Good Diet normally clear it up in a healthy fish.

    the rectum is not that far back on the fish either, so its not a small 'Richard the 3rd '
