not yet ... i am planning on driviing to premium aquatics in indy to get some Kaelini Tonga Ultra Show Live Rock - Uncured but if i am going to cure my own LR i thought i had to have a skimmer

also i am trying to find the best return pump for my set-up still ... i just found out that i will need a pump that does under 650 GPH at 4.5' because the OF kit from AGA maxs at 650 out

all the info i have found says the mag 7 will be somewhere between 420-480GPH do to head loss which might be a little low for the turnover rate
and the mag 9.5 is 800ish GPH at 4.5 so i would end up pumping my sump dry with it :(

i was thinking the dolphin 800 because it will flow 550ish

then later when i save up more i could switch to the LitteGiant 3 that will flow 648GPH and move the dolphin to my squid

let me know how this sounds

i can do either or at this point ... but since the mag series is out i am leaning toward external over submersible for cost and reliability

I have the 75 gallon All glass aquarium with the middle overflow hook up and I have a Mag 12 return. Which is 1200 GPH and it runs 2 feet to the aquarium. I thought that when you had a drilled tank it could be any GPH.
