Nice looking setup! ;D
Just checking to see if your plumbing includes ball valves for the overflow drain and sump return pump. Always a good idea to have them for maintence and tweaking of flow. Just my 2 cents.
never thought of that scott ... will have to look into it
just installed my mag7 and plumbed the return line
also set up my SWCD off my CAP 1200
all i need now is my skimmer and some water
Looking good pilgrim.
just ordered my salt from PA ... i am going to try the crystal sea bioassay marinemix (i was unable to get TM salt in a reasonable time at a reasonable price)
my RO machine should arive tomorrow ... my salt and new pump on wednesday ... and my skimmer on thursday ... and prolly on saterday i am going to get my first 72.50USD(the amount of store credit i have left) of uncured figi for my base
1) i am replumbing my return line with hard line to keep thing neater and more manigable
2) i am creating a shelf to sit my new pump on
3) i will be plumping the auto-top off system i intend to install in a few weeks(will be using redundent switches like nautilus)
Cool beans Mister, You will have to take picture when doing all the setup work.
i had a fairly productive afternoon
my hang on shelf is assymbeled, painted and almost finished drying (it looks pretty good for being made of scrap partical board and my old wire dorm room spice rack)
i finished the hardline install ... i considered adding a ball valve a suggested by scott but the action was just too stiff on all the ones i tried in the HW store (pictures coming soon)
allso re-ran the vinyl lines and added 90 degree angles to allow for easier repositioning and maintenance
