I've had mine for about 1 month and it does expand to what looks like its fullest, whereas its tentacles while being stumpy some are longer than others - saying that I'm led to believe that it will take time before all the tenticles enlogate !

anyway all the best and hope it grows well !

Usually when mine get all stumped up and short tentacle it's because my NO3's are up or the carbon needs changed.

I've had my elegance for about 6 months did great for 1st 2, then went down hill, found out my no3 spiked to 25ish. have it down to 0-5 and the elegance is doing fine also moved it right down to the bottom as before it was low-mid. Mine will also have short tentacles from time to time, takes a day or so and back to normal. but at best it looks like daniel072's not sure on the lines tho will look tonight and let you know.

Update on my elegance, decided to move the coral to a different spot and it already is starting to look better. It was in the middle of my tank in the sand, and I just moved it over to the side in sand. The tentacles are starting to look longer. Hopefully it will like this spot and get big!

You know I would absolutely love to, but during taking pics of the coral, my stupid camera died, and wont stay alive long enough to upload them. I am working on it and should be up within a couple of hours.
