    Oh, your lfs is pretty expensive. I bought my crocea for $30 at my lfs and I buy all of my supplements from bulkreefsupply.com. If you don't have a lot of hard corals and do regular water changes, then you should be fine IMO.

    I dont have any SPS or LPS does that mean i could get a clam and not need to buy a crap load of calcium. If so i will head over to my LFS right now and get one.

    Actually the L.E.D.'s at least the ones I get from china are really fantastic. The color makes the colors in the tank POP! Its really nice, plus all the other benefits of having L.E.D.'s....Less energy, less heat, Longer life......And I can even get them cheaper than metal halides so yeah a good deal. Let me say also alot of ppl worry that there coral wont grow with L.E.D's....mine do grow with them so I'll debunk that right there. Cant speak for all but ones I get are fantastic.

    I cant really link to where I get them because I buy in bulk from a manufacturer in china. Sorry about that.

    Nobody answered my question. Would i be ok to get a 2 in. clam then in a month or so get calcium?

    If you do regular water changes, you probably won't need to supplement at all, especially with the fact that you have no stony corals, so go for it.
