dr tims please help me out here

i want to use first defense i have 75g of water total i know you have to dose according the back of the bottle the first time, but during water changes and fish acclimation how much do i dose, ex.. if i do a 30g water change do i only dose 30 gallons of first defense or do i dose for 75g of water that's assuming i did the full dose already.. and i am also going to be using waste away and eco balance i know i have to use them all on separate days but do the additional doses have to be for the 75g or just for the amount of water that was changed out? and i know the eco balance works best when its slow dripped into the system... any additional info would be great....
