    NCPARS is usually a few hours of trading, an hour or two for a speaker, an hour for the "meeting" and then an hour for the raffle.

    Making a club is much much more work than you may think. You will have to file for a non-profit organization license and then will have to appoint officers. Most non profit orgs have stipulations to keep their non profit status (like making substantial donations etc.)

    Joining NCPARS is probably the best option here as it is already set up and functioning at a very efficient level (in fact, we may be putting a bid in to bring MACNA to PA... So if you are interested in this, please message me)
