Sorry to ask here but i am going shopping tomorrow and need to know if i need another skimmer!!

I had a message from rodger at tunze and he said that my tunze 3115/2 will produce a skimmate that will be lighter than what many other skimmers produce and this has to do with the design leaning towards removal of cellulose and plant organics and less towards albumin.

Do i need another skimmer to remove the albumin??

    Help as i am confused!!!

Just found out from rodger that this unit will remove the albumin more slowly than other skimmers as their design tends to remove plant matter preferentially and long term against skimmers that remove proteins preferentially the result is lower phosphate water while the competitor will have lower nitrate water.

which to me sounds great but how do i combat the nitrate??
