    You would have to pump feed the water into the fuge and then gravity it back into the ecopico. You might as well make a small acrylic overflow and do a RR ecopico. Or upgrade to something like a Nuuvo Nano.

    EDIT: If you're handy with silicone you could make a little rear chamber to hide your heater and maybe add some cheato: see pics
