    little tiny chips, one hole jusr has a small groove from the bit sliding off lol not the best work i just hope it doesnt leak

    It's hard to tell, but do you see any "void" when you put bulkheads with gaskets on?

    nope no voids around the bulkhead...if anything a little silicone would help right?

    i didnt water test them but the gasket seems to seal up fine on the glass

    Try not to use any silicone. Clean the holes inside and outside well before you install the bulkheads and gaskets. My old 29 had a chip, tested fine, but when I took it down, it had huge chunk of salt creep caused by a tiny leak over time.

    nice write up, i cleaned the holes..ill take the extra measures and file down the holes and all the steps listed above, Thanks ! by the way i love sti's always wanted one from my mechanic stand point they are beautiful machines
