    If you are still cycling then I would check your pH and keep that up. You are having it due to the cycling process. Place phosban and turn ligths off. Make sure it is gone before adding anything fish wise or coral wise

    oh one more thing...if you get lax and dont keep up wtih it it can return. I had it happen slightly one time since last year so I had to work to get it back under control.

    I also read that at this point it is not a good idea to do water changes until it is all gone

    I did manually remove as much as I could daily with a turkey baseter

    How do I keep I away after the 7 days??

    And when he says lime he mean the chemical??where can I get the I already have a ph buffer.

    just my 2 cents but i found when i had my out break of dinos nothing helped... besides time. they only were around for about 3-6 months in my tank and i assumed due to its age

    It was impossible for me to stay away for 7 days. I kept peering in there ::) but whenever I felt the need to turn on light for a bit I called Inwall and he talked me down ;D I can be your light anomonyous buddie if need be :LolLolLol I am currently using pickling lime from Walmart as my kalk (basically that is all it is) Ms Wagners Pickling Lime...can only get it this time of the year. Not the pickling salt but the lime

    I have a question about raising your Ph. I have been testing my levels daily and my alkalinity is at 11.2, while my Ph is at 8.2. My calcium is at 420 ppm and my magnesium is at 1470 ppm. Is there a way of raising the Ph without affecting the alkalinity. If I use the kalwasser, doesn't that also raise calcium and alkalinity? If so, will the numbers be safe to get my Ph up to 8.4? Thanks in advance for the help.
