Should I always use the DI water for making h2o for water changes(or is RO only ok). And use the DI for toping off.Reason is that ive made about a 100gal of h2o and I noticed the DI starting to change color already :( I know its relative to the TDS ppm in my water but it seemed kinda soon tap today is 344ppm
Any feed back on how often you guys have to change filters would be great. Thanks

Yes Carlos use the DI all the time except for drinking water.
Test the water directly coming out of the filters and when mine hits 4 to 6 TDS I change it.
Walter has this resin DI filter that you re-fill yourself, and comes with 3 refills which is a big cost savings.
What is the TDS coming from your unit right now?

My TDS is 000ppm .When you get 4-6 ppm which filters do you change? All or just the DI.I guess depending on the color of the DI right? How do you know when the others need replacing.Do you check the water @ the RO only valve or DI bypass
    Thanks Dave

If you have the DI filter with the screw on lid then it is refillable.
It is amazing what crap you can get out of your "Safe to Drink" water.

No you have to replace the resin in order to keep your TDS at 0 ppm
