Derimming a 20 long

    How many of you have done this? I have a 20L that the top trim has basically fallen off of, I was going to go ahead and remove it seeing that others have done so successfully.

    I was also thinking about possibly taking the plastic off the bottom? Has anyone done that also?

    I would leave the plastic on the bottom as works as a support for the tank. I cut the crossbrace on my 26BF and all is fine. I would think that on a tank of that size than the trim not being there will not be a problem.
